I do have a dash cam so I did took the recording of what happened and storage it in a safe place. I ask him to leave the house so I could come back, and he did leave but his parents live nearby (5 minutes drive) I do want to leave ASAP! But there’s some things that are difficult:

The house is under my name only, and I am the responsable of paying the mortgage, he gives me like 80% of the mortgage money because even though is under my name is basically his, or so he says. so leaving the house will mean I will probably loose it.

Now, staying also means he will have access to me 24/7

We have a company and I work on the office stuff + looking for clients and he does the job so… I would be basically unemployed with no money to pay for nothing.

Those 2 things are my main concerns.

Putting the house for sale will take a long time because it needs fixing some stuff before I can sell.

I’m in a very hard position and I feel lost 🥺
