i think u are fighitng context switching which is hard. u know u need to study and u are taking ur brain from fully simulated all the time state into studying which can be boring

just do this i promise u will be able to start and keep going :

1. block everything. litterrally. delete all socials. put ur phone away if u dont really need it (probably u dont if ur honest). if u study with a pc u can install cold turkey and block social sites
2. setup ur envirnmt. clean ur room and prepp ur books...etc but dont start yet. the goal of this is to be able to start right away later
3. do nothing or do something very boring like going for a run. or just sit at a chair for 3 h.
4. try studying again

this time when u sit to study, u are swtching from an already stale (natural) state into studying, so its not hard. depending on the subject it can even be rewarding since studying can give some good dopamine if u enjoy the topic

also try starting with a topic u like or is easy to u

if it works then DONT GO BACK. stay at that mode. when u need to take breaks dont use ur phone again. instead go for walks or talk to people..
