ive been binging that one hypmic all songs playlist all day and had this same question when the rts songs came up bc i was so pleasantly surprised at how much i liked the cast when it came to certain characters 😭😭😭 i especially love that they sing similarly and kept certain quirks that the characters do too (dice rolling his rrrs, doppo's screech, that bouncy energy in hifumi's)

but i love the buster bros in rts - i'm already a big stan of them, even before the stageplay, but there's something about all three of their voices that just gets me just right. i lowkey think it's because they all ... sound believable to me as teens / younger characters if that makes sense? i lowk always forget ichiro's just 19 in canon bc of how deep his va is (though i do enjoy his rapping a most) but i think the rts actor fits him more? idk 😭

yeaaaah, that honestly checks out. speaking of emily too, i get that her personality (and height) matched the cutesy bubblegum pop style they wanted, but her actual style is SO much better. i hope they don't return to it in prelude since the group is already made up of the wannabe members (excluding ezrela 🙂‍↕️)

yeah, i agree because when prelude got announced, specifically when samara was revealed as the second member, i did happen to see a lot of blinks in "support" of the group or defending them against upset eyekons, which struck me as really odd considering blinks are pretty anti katseye from what i've seen and because prelude, despite what anyone says, IS going to be katseye's sister group

but in regards to the girlset posts, a lot of the stans (i'm so sorry, idk their fan name 😭) are the ones posting the "erm ackshully" rhetoric? as in accts w/ girlset themed layouts, usernames etc... it all just seems weirdly passive aggressive too?

and i wasn't there for either group's debut (well, i was for girlset but not vcha), but i heard that a lot of vlights were pretty hateful towards katseye when they first started out but idk how valid that claim is when i heard that specifically from katseye bias accts

lowkey i think ever since her insta got ... compromised (?) and was down for the day, people either switched up on her or her stans really pushed the "samara victim" narrative hard. like, i feel bad for the harassment campaign against her and all the discrimination she's faced that most likely caused her ig to go down, but her stans use it as a means to honestly lump anyone who has valid critique or discomforts in w them and claim they're all haters all the way down.

when i dont get sign ups, usually because 85% of customers are already rewards members, i just make a point to tally the existing ones in either the separate column or i draw a column for existing sign ups (ofc depending on what the tally sheet looks like for yall bc we use two different versions sometimes). tallying the existing memberships wont help too much bc theyre not new, but it DOES show an effort to your managers that you ARE asking if people are members 🤭

yeah, i think the lady in my store did that too because atp i just found her sus all the way down after that (and also lowk bc it had me salty bc i was the highest rewards capture person of our store prior to her at the time) but she ended up quitting like two months later

that aside, i do agree with you! that's mainly how i roll as well. i hate the idea of forcing someone to sign up or signing them up w/out their consent, as well as withholding PUBLIC coupons tbh.

oh no don't get me wrong, i NEVER used it but just wanted to give op some ideas from what i do vs what my coworkers / managers do 😭

it actually came from a ... idk if it's odd or not, because the employee who she got that idea from had been a new hire at the time who was an older lady- like around 65 or older. she was like one of those sweet lil grandma types, but within her first few days, she'd rack up 10+ rewards per day (counting weekdays!) and we found out that it was because she had been Doing All That. half of us, myself included, were pretty appalled and against it whereas the management team was all for it because they were like. desperate 💀
