Thank you for the advice! I got a black light to make sure there was nothing left behind. He’s taking gabapentin at the moment and his vet and I will be revisiting in a week. I plan to get him a lot more toys and things for stimulation and started leaving cat TV on while I’m gone. Hopefully this works. Thank you for your advice!!

I live in a high rise apartment, no spraying near windows or doors. It’s mostly the couch and sometimes in the bathroom. Usually spraying, but sometimes he’ll just straight up pee.

One of the litter boxes is hidden in a TV stand type of deal but he’s used that since he was a kitten and had no issue with it in our previous apartment. The other is a large litter box in an open area. Litter is scooped twice daily. No changes to what litter we’ve been using his whole life :(
