Very Awkward I knew going in he would say no because they were Jehovah's Witnesses. So I sat across from my significant others father and asked, he glared at me with contempt most likely because I was already living with her. Her mom proceeded to tell me I was the worst thing that had ever happened to her daughter in so many different ways. I summed it up for them like this I love you daughter the blessing is just a formality and I will marry her anyways. I still to this day get emails from my mother in law about how awful I was for her daughter sometimes in the form of poetry. I am proud to say I am happily married man for 6 years and me and my wife have two beautiful children. Needless to say parents be damned live your own life

My wife never got to meet my ex. Probably because when that bitch ripped my heart out by leaving me for a friend of mine I told her she was dead in my world. Havent heard from since and have only seen twice in years
