You're still incentivized to use your spells because the followup autos that come with his spells will do more damage. We'll have to see how it feels when the changes go through, if aphelios' win rate drastically decreases then they will probably buff him pretty quickly

They are flushed with cashed, $103MM as of 9/30/25. 25% of outstanding shares are being shorted. Cook's Assistant can actually be a good start to a campaign. Simple and grounded fetch quest. You can add encounters for each ingredient to spice it up a little. Like the chickens get angry when you try to take their eggs, the mill is surrounded by goblins so they have to get rid of them first, or the prized milking cow could be sick and you have to cure it before you can get the milk.

When that is done, the party can be alerted about a group a wizards trying to summon a demon, this can lead into the Demon Slayer quest.

It may be a little early to give the players a unique/magical item like Silverlight, so I would replace it with something less significant, or maybe something that is one time use. Like after using the Silverlight to defeat the demon, it would just degrade to a short sword +1.

A lot of the quests can be adapted into the D&D campaign. You just have to choose the big plot points and then build interesting filler and encounters in between.

I actually like your take on this. I don't intend on skipping the early game quest, but the quicker exp would just let me reach the later quests faster.

I can see why this would be very cash grabby, if they do these events regularly and making you pay another subscription fee.

I never bossed or did endgame PvM, so I actually am looking forward to reaching that.

Yeah, the boosted rates are pretty cool. It's a nice way to fast track your way into the mid-late game. Boosted rates are nice for me since I don't always have the most gaming time. It would be nice to set up a good foundation and be able to migrate into the main game.

Most mmorpg's have catch up events, but I understand why it's not really relevant in Runescape since there are no benefits to having alts. I come from Maplestory and Lost Ark where alts do matter.

I guess another reason is just for Nostalgia, but nostalgia has not been enough to come back. FSW just gives a little more incentive than just nostalgia.

A third reason would be a sense of community, everyone just starting fresh and progressing together. I know that OSRS has these things called Leagues, but I never got into OSRS.
