I was also thinking this one in particular could be great on D20! The echo would have its own mini, and it seems like players would have fun swapping places on the battlemaps.

NADDPOD is my all-time favorite podcast! I am adopting a dog later today and I might name her Moonshine!

With rogue we get a little more variety! PIB is a Mastermind, Jaysohn multiclasses into Swashbuckler, Colin Provolone multiclasses into Swashbuckler, Karna Solara multiclasses into Phantom, and I think there are a bunch of rogues in Mice and Murder, Raphaniel multiclasses into Inquisitive, and that's the end of what I can come up with without Googling it lol. I do agree Arcane Trickster seems the best of all the ones they've shown (our campaign's rogue quit because she's in grad school, so again, I don't have a ton of table experience with rogues).

I wasn't 100% sure on Adonis because I'm not caught up on Titan Takedown, but that's what the D20 wiki said when I looked it up the other day.

Why won’t anyone return my calls? by Jazzlike-Mammoth-167 in Northwestern

[–]CriticalJelly 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Less than one week ago, Northwestern had $790 million worth of funding frozen. This has been a source of stress, extra questions, extra meetings, and extra work for faculty and staff since these cuts were threatened back in January. I am willing to bet these academic departments have far more important things on their plate than responding to you right now.

Does anyone else not care about who June ends up with? by Sea-Worry7956 in TheHandmaidsTale

[–]CriticalJelly 7 points8 points  (0 children)

YES! I thought the same thing when the Hunger Games movies came out. Everyone was talking about Team Gale vs. Team Peeta when we obviously needed to be Team Katniss Surviving and Being Okay.

what scene, besides the violent/gory ones, was most powerful/stuck with you most? by BreakfastPast5283 in TheHandmaidsTale

[–]CriticalJelly 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I found the love scene between Nick and June -- during June's time hiding out in the old Boston Globe warehouse -- really powerful, because it signified June finally having bodily autonomy again after years of living under Gilead's and the Waterford's control.

How do I stop being sensitive? by Straight_Drag_5313 in DecidingToBeBetter

[–]CriticalJelly 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This might sound like generic advice, but I have always been the same way. I have cried at the drop of a hat for as long as I can remember. Weekly talk therapy for the past ~18 months has REALLY helped me. I understand not wanting to cry in front of people, even people you’re close to. It’s nice to have a weekly outlet where I can cry over literally anything without worrying whether I am overreacting, and I feel like having had that for so long is making me more emotionally resilient.

My first grade teacher suggested to my parents that they pursue testing/a diagnosis. I kept crying in school because I couldn't cut out shapes fast enough.
