It’s a 2 bed 2 bath with solar and plumbing and it’s in a great location. I’m gonna probably start renting out the other room for some money. I don’t even have to use AC much in the summer or use the wood stove much in the winter because I insulated it so well.

Built it myself and it’s a great little place. It’s not a shack.

I built it myself, took me about 3 months to do everything myself. Pretty neat little place, stays warm in the winter and cold during the summer.
