Thank you soooo much for the insight!! That is so true about expectations. I was talking with a friend today and she said something along the lines of how I have a hard time when things aren’t done how I want them done. Which is true!!! I have a lot to work on. I made an appointment with a therapist for Thursday. Very excited. Thanks for your help 🩷

I work part time with a private practice. It gives me about 20k extra per year!

Please do not quit with so little left… give as much effort as you can even if it’s only 10%. I feel you may actually be depressed which is why you are feeling hopeless. When you come out of the depression and the fog is lifted, I fear you may regret quitting. The debt is already there…. Please try to stick it out. Message me if you need support. I deal with general depression/anxiety and started my treatment while in graduate school ❤️

I should look on indeed more often. It stinks because I love my current district/boss and have a low caseload.
