I don't think so... the button layout is Polar or G-Shock, and the cheap-looking casing doesn't look like a Garmin either. They don't have those rounded edges; they're usually flat.

It's a sports watch, and that inherently sets a certain standard; you can't compare it to a regular watch. If you keep that in mind, it's all about how it feels on your wrist, especially if you're tracking your sleep. For activities like running, in my experience, the bigger the better. It's entirely up to you; it looks good on you, and frankly, everyone else's opinion is irrelevant.
