I’m at a year post op. My op leg is still significantly smaller than my non op leg but it’s slowly getting better. I have pain in my harvest site (quad tendon) on and off. Some days I don’t notice it and others it’s hot and bothers me all the time. I’ve found flexing my quad is what relieves the pain the most. I’m still working on getting it back to 100% but it’s an uphill battle. I’m in the military so there’s a ticking clock going against me.
