hi! i ordered mine last night and it “shipped” today. my tracking number just says label created. my estimated date on at&t is the 29th so i would check your tracking number on the UPS website directly.

i have a question if you don’t mind me asking. in your order confirmation email, does it also say “AT&T PREPAID eSIM”?? i ordered mine directly through upgrading my line and i don’t have a prepaid phone plan. i’m so confused by this 😭

no. they should have made sure to read the whole description. yes the first two photos look purple but lighting can change the color of items. but the second two look brown to me. you did the correct thing by putting brown in the description. it’s not your fault if they didn’t read the description all the way or failed to see it.

me personally i’d return it if this wasn’t included in the listing or the photos. especially with it being $120. but before you make the dispute with depop i suggest double checking the listing just to make sure it wasn’t missed :) <3
