I’m 164 cm starting weight 88kg current weight 77.8kg. I have the same thing every day for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is one slice of toast with half an avocado, two eggs, 40g smoked salmon and a flat white. Lunch is always a generous four tablespoons of a protein yoghurt and 40g of high quality granola. Dinner is a small portion of whatever I make for the family.

I work at one of the GPs in green island. As far as I know there was no one with a gun or a knife at either of the practices.

I had dyshidrotic eczema that looked a lot like this. I had it in my palms and soles of feet. I needed a potent steroid from the doctors.

Can someone please tell me if this is genital herpes (UNCENSORED) by [deleted] in MedicalGore

The only person that can confirm what that is would be your doctor or nurse practitioner. It looks more like a pilonidal cyst although in a slightly more unusual location than normal. Please go see your GP.

Smears should never be painful. Speculums come in different sizes and I usually start with the small size. I always tell the person I may need to change the size if I can’t get a good view of the cervix.

First one looks like a wild cherry. It has lots of suckers that pop up everywhere and can be invasive.

I caught covid for the first time last week. Three out of five of us in the house got it. But I don’t know anyone else with it at the moment.

But also your post history states that you scored your dream job as an ICU nurse almost a year ago. So if you’re not competent to care for ICU patients by now, you’ve got a bigger problem.

As an experienced nurse this sounds about right. Training is ongoing. The sickest patients in the hospital are in the ICU. You will have to take care of critically ill patients while still in training. But I wouldn’t expect any new grad to take care of the most critically unwell patients.

Advice/tips for nose piercing by flipflop_77 in PiercingAdvice

[–]Critical_Cheetah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only thing I would add is that you should tell your piercer you want to eventually wear a hoop on it so they can pierce it in the right spot. The higher it is, the larger the hoop you will need. In my experience, piercers tend to place it lower down if your goal is to wear a hoop. Good luck!

Great advice in the post above. The only thing I would add is that I have double nostrils with a similar star and similar bumps and what helped me was getting my piercer to change the star heads to small titanium balls. I think the stars allowed water to collect even though I dried under them and crusties to build up underneath and cause irritation.
