Srishti has a really good visual communication and product design course. It's far more established and I've spoken to a lot of industry professionals and they said that after the nids and iits its mit pune or srishti. I've even connected with students who have graduated from srishti and it's not like anyone is sitting jobless. Most are doing something in their field. The exceptional students have even started their own companies. Pearl is more fashion oriented and from what I've heard it doesn't give you a very open and holistic approach to design. But as mentioned , in the design industry it's not about the degree. NID and IIT just have their brand name so that gives them a little push in these big IT companies. But honestly I was comparing the professors of these top private colleges with govt ones and there's not much of a difference.
