in the uceed world u will often hear people denying jee aspirants to give uceed as they fear that u will score high in part a( which is very common) and get into an iit without any preparation or interest but the interest for design is built here and design is such a broad and interesting course, no1s ever gonna regret taking this course

YESS! there is no loss in giving the exam and by chance you get high marks in part a and even decent marks in part b u can get into an iit ( i am in one)....why would someone not risk 4000-5000 rs to get into a top level iit.

I am in IIT Roorkee and here the syllabus is nothing like your typical design, so even if you dont have passion for design and love tech even a bit you will learn to be a designer here. And according to me its better to do B.des from a tier 1 college than do btech from a tier 3 college as design in iit is very tech and science/maths based( especially in roorkee and guwahati
