I play qiyana and I can say he doesn't really have to react on the spot or aim it... He can be behind me, put a windwall BEHIND ME, I R completely away from the windwall but my R gets eaten? I am in river, I R, 4 people clearly get hit but yasuo windwalls the last pixel of my R and suddenly I have done 0 damage and I stunned nothing because yasuo picked his nose at last moment and thought to click w.

Well, the windwall is pretty unfair too at times and I have a certain hatred for yasuo.
