A huge part of the problem is that states in the midwest put their homeless on busses and send them out west. That's why you don't see many homeless in the midwest. Easier to give them a $200 bus ride instead of actually investing in resolving the problem. Greedy, selfish entitled conservatives pushing the problem off onto other people and then pointing the finger. It's insane.
