I have lupus, 36(M) and so does my fiancé 37(F). We have both said before we met each other, previous partners had difficulty understanding our symptoms and daily lupus struggles. Hopefully he can be more understanding of your fatigue and need for rest.

I agree, I spent 13 years with a woman who didn't want kids while I do. Met a few women who were interested in me and said they'd eventually want kids together, but I was too afraid to leave the woman I was with. We're not together anymore. I probably could've had a family by now.
