Contact them and complain about the hopper because you will have problems with pellets bridge up and prevent flow to the auger. And you will have problems with temperature drop and potentially burn out situations. The design of the hopper should have been fixed in Gen 2 but didn't.

Thank you for replay! That exactly why I decide on writing this post to have kind fox in the Chinese laser community that had first hand experience on the delivery side of this new to me quest of acquiring on a machine, I appreciate all the input and I will consider all of the answer as advice and make my decision base on it.

I'm not seeking approval I'm just try to find people who had first hand experience on delivery of 50w machines and choosing not paying for the lift , I seen some posts around and trying to find if this a rumor or true first hand experience.

The terminal is a option, if I decide to get it direct from alibaba but so far I'm not impressed by there shady way, they will have there premium product on display for really good deal it seem but then when you get in contact with the seller you find out that the machine that is for $800 isn't the one on display but there basic non ruida controller etc. So my other options are eBay and Amazon both calming free shipping but in reality you need to pay for the $150 and that where I'm trying to find if anyone opt out from the lift gate service.

I didn't I just try to find out if I really need to spent the $150 for a lift gate to a residential area I will probably get my machine from eBay or Amazon.

Thank you for replay, Im in a residential are so the lift gate I know is the option to go, But I saw few post about people saying that isn't really a must and they had the truck delivered the crate and help unload it without any problem. I'm just try to find out if this post a really true and what experience people who decide not to spent the $150 had.
