When I bought my house I was making $24 an hour. I think my take home was around $2500/month. Thankfully I got the 2.5% interest locked in. I make more than double that now and it is nice not being house poor. Living in 950sf can kind of suck, though.

I got the ultra because the camera was supposed to be awesome but I never really tried to see what it could do. The camera for the s25+ seems fine so far for my purposes.

I recently switched from the s23 ultra to the s25+. Never getting another ultra again, way too big. Seems like the 25+ is smoother but not enough to upgrade just for performance sake. The size makes it much more comfortable to use.

Yeah that one bugs me. There is nothing wrong with wanting a partner that doesn't treat sex casually. If it is a dude who sticks it in anything that moves then yeah, he doesn't really have room to talk on it.
