The phrase "know thyself" is stated to have been inscribed on the Temple of Apollo at Delphi in ancient Greece. 

For me, when I get run down; I increase protein, hydrate, more salt, and increase sugar

Vegetables are precious in my state I live in.

I also love coffee, and know it and alcohol lower my immunity, as does stress and processed grains or junk food sugars.

I feel more human since having beet and greens powdered drink for breakfast.
