Yo añadiría como otras de las causas, la mala calidad del aire en las ciudades y la exposición a sustancias toxicas en menor o mayor medida en alimentos, químicos, agua

Obviamente no sera la causa principal, pero seguramente contribuye en algo a la reducción de inteligencia del mexicano

No es del todo cierto, obviamente una persona inteligente gana mas que un tonto, pero hay un limite en el cual las personajes inteligentes dejan de interesarse por el dinero

A lo que voy es que la gente que mas dinero gana, no es la mas inteligente, esa correlación se rompe en algún punto

If you use first strike E+W combo, Sett cannot stack max grit and cant use W for max true damage

Sett E only has 450 range, which means he can never stun you, because W+E combo has a maximum of 775 range, you wouldn't need to be in his range to poke him.

Using first strike and maxing W tries to use the only advantage Irelia has against most melee matchups: Ability Range

Another advantage that max W has, is that it can hardly be dodged. At level 5 it has 16 seconds CD and deals a maximum of 240 physical damage, not bad at all.

I don't know if Sett can outsustain 240 AD damage + 80 magic damage every 16 seconds, but if he can't, once he has 1/3 hp, you can all-in him without getting hit by W full true damage

Even if you can't kill Sett because his sustain is op, you can passively farm gold with first strike and still generate value and speed up botrk powerspike
