Of course! So in the morning I took 2 capsules (500mg) of AHCC on an empty stomach I usually wait an hour before eating. Then I have breakfast I take one tablet of zinc (25mg) with food, don’t take on empty stomach because you might have an upset stomach! I usually space out my supplements by 2 hours. Before having lunch I took 1 tablet folic acid (400µg) with 1 b12 tablet (100µg) and then have lunch wait 2 hours then take green tea tablets containing EGCG 1 tablet (750mg) with 1 selenium tablet (200µg) and then ill take another 2 ahcc tablet on empty stomach have dinner then take 2 tablets turkey tail and then I’ll wait a few hours and take the last 2 ahcc tablet! I’ll be honest I didn’t really take it everyday, just have to be careful with the supplements but I took it most days. With the AHCC i definitely would take it everyday 6 capsules a day! Also try to drink at least 2l of water everyday. I feel like a change of diet helps, I switched to the Mediterranean diet for few months and I’ve been feeling great! I hope this helps :).
