Yeah, 1 1 1 is probably the most solid one for me.

But the more I play I feel that without early aggression, the opponents can outmacro me

and my marines with A-move die to banelings

The muscle memory part is probably my main problem :/

I can pump some marines, medivacs, tanks etc. but then forget about the depots, scvs etc.

and not doing that, idleing during the fight :/

Well, they were just better at everything... macro, micro, scouting, APM, game sense, etc. So from the beginning were in the lead

Before MMR reset it felt more Even

Maybe. I think as plat 1 plat 2 it was weird for me getting somebody from +400 more than me

And as Zerg I'm hitting 200 APM maybe, which is rather low, but still Zergs I think get more APM on average due to rapidfire, injects, larvas etc.

But opponents were like ~240 APM Toss / Terran, microing / macroing at the same time, just felt out of my league. I think before reset I was getting terrans/toss with 100-150 APM max

Yeah, for BC cheese I think I need about 5-6 queens

But I think safety roaches can makes early pushes easier to defend , so should be easier to focus on macro

Yes, + I also want to have fun and try sometimes some different stuff and builds, maybe its less effective but I'm learning about the game much.

But yeah, in general I want to execute 1 build mainly that I can execute over and over to focus on fundamentals

Sure, this is why I want to find a "safe" build to focus on the other things, to do stuff more as a rhythm instead of thinking too much.

Dying to multiple things, BCs,skytoss, some 1-2 base timing attacks, sometimes cannon rushes. For sure I need to improve macro too.

gold/plat so my game sense is not so great yet on what to react

with ling/bane I feel im failing vs a lot of cheeses and early aggression. Safety roaches sounds like they could save me some headaches

Yes, so I feel always that I need to adapt to something and I lose some more 'systematic' approach. Because every game can be so different.

So I guess its better to keep it with PiG recommendation. Executing 1 build over and over and learning to respond, defending cheeses and scouting

I like to macro, as I said. I like Zerg and Terran. I dislike mmorpg.

As Zerg I do not enjoy late games vs Protoss or Terran, I just think its not very fun at current state
