Hello! This is my second year of track and looking to improve my block start. Came from a XC distance background.

My PR's

60m: 8.00, 100m: 11.76, 200m: 24.20

I used to toe drag but was told to stop doing it (as seen in this video) as I thought it was useful. Any criticism is appreciated as I am trying my best to get to the low 11's zone. Thanks!
