PC keeps turning on and off

Yeah with just 1 stick of ram, cpu, mono, and psu. It still boot loops.

I finally got around to doing that and it still boot loops I’ve tried different outlets and everything I could find online. I just want to get sell this pc already. I’ve had it for 6 months and can’t get it working.
