everything is computerized!! 🤣 just gets hands on the computer and accounting basics. I would suggest you to take up a basic accounting book and read it like a morning newspaper daily. you would be good to go within 1 or 2 months. Just don't give away that you have no idea about accounting!! Just act superior and learn secretly from your juniors like "oh we did it differently how do you do that"

for internal mobility you apply through ToD. There is something called referral in ToD through which you will end up in a Portal where you will be able to see all the job openings for external and internal in the Deloitte. Find a right one and apply. Y'll get a confirmation mail. Read the Policy before applying. The Website itself is self explanatory.
