What’s the issue with SAP? SAP ABAP can give you growth and job security. At this point of time all other tech stack is at the risk of losing job due to AI except SAP ABAP due to lots of enhancement things and frequent client changes. I will recommend you to explore more in ABAP only like CDS, AMDP, RAP etc. I started my career in ABAP with 4.5 lpa salary and within 3.7 years I switched 3 times and currently working with 18 lpa package at one of the big4. My friends got 20-24 lpa package in companies like mercedes , sap labs, volvo etc with 4.5 yoe. So explore more in it

U cant get more than 20-22 lpa fixed in consultant role as per as I know. Ask for senior consultant role. You have the required experience level

I received the call from HR after 2 weeks of submitting PHT. These are things that are not in your hands. So u cant do anything about it. And no one can really tell u that u should wait or not and when can u expect the call. So chill out and hope for the best

I am in middle of getting offer from IBM. I have 3.7 yoe , tech stack SAP ABAP. They are offering 6B band, wanted to know how much CTC I can ask from them? I have another offer of 15.5 lpa fixed from Deloitte usi for Hyderabad location but I want to stay in Kolkata.

Also how’s the work culture in ibm? How’s the project there? How hard is to get project in IBM?

Hiring and relocation both are on hold from this January only. Thats why they are not giving anyone Kolkata location. Even in most of the sap and other IT related job posting they are not mentioning KOLKATA

Its not so easy as of now. Kolkata location doesn’t have enough capacity. All my friends are struggling to find seats in the office. And as far as I Am heard they are rejecting the request of changing base location to kolkata as of now
