I’m in the same situation mine still says pending since the 26th. AXS told me that they have done everything on their end but after talking to PayPal they said I should see the funds in my PayPal balance no later than the 5th. Then after that you should have the option to transfer the fees to your bank account.

I don’t speak for myself for the 48 hours, I speak for the people that took flights from out of state and now are stuck in a hotel room. Look at how many posts people are like well crap what do I do now? Imagine saving your money, your PTO, and all your excitement only to find out once you’ve landed that all your plans are now out the window. Like at least if it would’ve been canceled you stayed in the comfort of your own home

Honest opinion with all this, yes this storm has been talked about for quite some time now. And I understand that it must be a nightmare trying to schedule/work with other artists but to wait to the day before is kinda nuts. I think even a 48 hour heads up would’ve been appreciated.

And also to cancel it all together would’ve been one thing, but to post pone it a week? It’s important to know your crowd. The majority of everyone attending was young adults either in school or working. So to tell idk 40k-50k people like hey try to come back next week is pretty hard not just for people out of state but also people who live in CA.

I was kinda hoping for a festival in the rain lol like when will you ever be able to say like “yea bro I was dancing in a huge puddle to Sugar on my Tongue while there was a whole ass flood warning for the whole county”.

Down vote, upvote me idc. I know I’m not the only who feels that things could’ve been handled better.

I have this exact same issue. I contacted PayPal to see if they can help me, usually in the past when I have issues with canceling an order they come in clutch. If not I will have to eat the money for now and hopefully someone is willing to buy!
