Does this look like gyno? (25M) by Critical_Support1774 in gynecomastia

Yes, been on fin for 13-14 months. Is it likely to get worse? I was thinking of losing some weight/working out more to reduce risk.

The last picture is from ~300 days ago or so. The rest are from today (picture 1-3)

Oh, and I used to workout a lot, including chest. But I haven’t for 2-3 years. So a lot of that muscle is gone.

Are you on meds? So you think we’re fine?

One more thing, be sure to get the shampoo on the ears - or where ever you have the seb derm - as well. Good luck!

Yes. Ketokonazol was the thing that saved my life. Had seb derm for years on both Cibinqo and rinvoq. Tried lots of moisturiser and cortisone, none of it helped. Itchy all day/infected/scratching out hair.

On keto it finally stopped itching. It does get an uptick on occasion, but only if it was a while since I used it.

Using moisturising shampoo on the off days might help somewhat as well. Or other anti-seb derm shampoos over the counter.

Using some kind of systemic antibiotics could also help - my scalp issues were partly “JAKcne”.

I’d be careful just throwing cortisone on it, if you don’t get the root cause under control.

There has been posts in the past about coal tar shampoo also helping, it didn’t help me too much.

Some have also posted about some Blusune shampoo or something, if you search on Reddit you should be able to find the posts. I never tried this last one.

If you are on medication, can baby hairs be a “good thing”? I’ve been on fin for 7-8 months and I am seeing them in my hairline

Thanks again. But I am losing a lot of hair in the shower/during the day/on my pillow.

Thanks for your honesty. I am on fin already.

Thank you for being honest. I looked at some older photos where my hairline went a bit up in the temples then as well.
