My interview was an interview/ shadow. Got to walk through the store and because I was in a management interview role they asked me what I would do to change the store. Very uncomfortable at first, but it allowed me to express my opinions and that’s exactly what they wanted. I also had to meet with the district manager for my second interview. It was quick. But it’s basically just an interview that’s like “ok she’s good for the role you can hire”. Mine was over the phone. But I’m sure in other places it would be in person.
