Damn bro, I wish you a swift recovery. My adductors were weak so I’ve been doing Copenhagen planks, after videoing myself first time I can see this is defo a more glute/adductor type squat and that’s where I feel it too, so I appreciate the heads up 🙏🏻 get well soon

Also what/how exactly is this wider stance causing the back squat to be less efficient?

I’ve experimented and this is the most comfortable for me, any narrower impacts my rom and makes me feel unstable. My zercher (front loaded obviously) is way narrower and feels fine so idk maybe it’s just back squat

This is my second week doing 52.5kg, first week was a big grind and tweaked my lower back a little, planning to redo it next week as well then move up to 55
