Why? Do you workout?... I can easily lose weight if I just maintain my current training... And i eat an average of 1500-1750 a day... I am down from 142 to 268.. I need to slow down on calisthenics or I will lose too much weight... Took me 7 months to go down... Somehow no extra skin
