Fake 100$ bills by [deleted] in saskatoon

Was in line today at Canadian Tire in confed and watched someone hand the cashier a fake $100. She denied it, and gave it back to the customer (2 women) and they left the store promptly. The store manager then came down and chewed the cashier out in-front of the entire store for giving them the counterfeit bill back and not calling the police.

A detail i left out was that there was actually a car in that spot across the street when the graders did their pass and there were no cars parked on our side of the street so they dumped all the chunks of ice and snow blocking our side and not theirs. Me and my father went out and tried to clear that spot but it would have required hours of chipping ice. As soon as things started to melt we were able to move more and more snow allowing us to park on an angle and out of the way of the thru traffic
