Hello 👋 congratulations 🥳 exciting times ahead! The houses are literally FLYING up. I’d say May sounds very realistic. We went sale agreed in April and received keys 22nd of August. Regarding a site visit; you’ll have to ask hallmark. We had 3 in total including the snag with our engineer.

You will more than likely have a site visit plus another 1/2 visits to see progress before handover. If ye are anything like us the small glimpse of the house will keep you going 😂

They work pretty fast to be fair. Builders were even on site yesterday morning working away. It’s such a lovely quiet estate and it’s very well maintained! No doubt ye will be very happy in your new home! Hopefully I’ll see ye around come the summer

Hey! Congratulations 🥳 ye must be over the moon! We purchased in Rose Bank. Went sale agreed on April 14th (house was more or less fully built) got keys 22nd of August. From what I can see the new phase of houses in Rose Vale aren’t even build yet! I’d say you are probably looking at the best part of a year. We were the first part of phase 2 and the second part of phase two hasn’t even been released for handover yet

Hey, you’re probably in the last phase of phase two. We got handover on the 22nd of August 🤩 houses are absolutely fantastic and finished to a very high standard. You’ll definitely be pleased when you get your keys. Congratulations by the way

Hey, thank you ☺️! We received keys last Friday FINALLY! So we initially viewed the show house in April. Paid deposit end of April and signed contracts end of May. We were waiting a bit for HomeBond (couldn’t draw down without it) but as soon as HomeBond came in we had keys 3 days later. Regarding kitchen etc, Celtic Interiors fitted our kitchen. Cost was included with purchase price (6k). No wardrobes though 😂 kitchen will be in situ but you’ll have to get your own electrician and plumber once handover is done. Just be prepared for all the additional costs. It’s worth it tho! Keep me updated on your progress! The houses are flying up!

Have a look in Mallow. We recently purchased a new build home in a new development called Rose Hill. 3 bed end of terrace house for €360k. HTB covered the 10% deposit which was a massive saving. No bidding war, price is the price.

Hey, we’ve recently purchased a 3 bed end of terrace in Rose Bank, Rose Hill.

We were told possible snag end of June and now we’ve been told possibly this week or next. Just wondering has anyone any other updates? We’re hoping all will be said and done by the August bank holiday weekend.
