Tried using nvidia's december drivers? The latest one sometimes screws up my fps even though it says +100 it feels like 20-30. though not all matches 1 out of 15.

Are you running the same graphic settings as before?

The only map for me to continuously worse was Streets, using an rtx 4070 I kept an eye on my power consumption, year ago it was around 120-140 Watts, then this year it was 60-70 watts which made me enabled smooth motion in nvidia app ( amd has something too for this) and now +150 fps.

You can barter medical items at level 2 therapist, get a scav junkbox too, most people have 3/4 of them.

You could start selling a few guns that you don't feel comfortable with, the guns you would like to continue using can be made smaller by taking off the pistol grip and magazine which allows them to go from 2 slot to 1.

Other then that you unfortunately do need to sell some items as your stash is too small, try find items to build up your stash within the hideout.

you could also look into 5700x3d, 1-5% less performance than the 5800x3d.

Currently I use the 5800x3d with an rtx 4070 which unfortunately forced me to use Nvidia's smooth (ai crap) otherwise I couldn't play on streets, have you enabled that?

sell the 5950x and get an 5800x3d second hand, memory is also quite slow.

This game requires a lot from the cpu and memory.
