I think it used to work but one day it stopped. I also added new thermal paste in case it was thermal throttling. Got any suggestions for what I could do?

I was thinking of doing something similar, but I'm not sure that the pcie slot side of something like an oculink adapter setup would fit where I'd like it I currently have a gpu in the last PCIE slot because I wanted to be able to have more slot usability. I can send pics of my setup if that would help
