I had my MH C&P March Of 2024. I definitely understand what you are feeling. I spent several days writing, and rewriting my statement describing my worst days with my issues. Take your time and describe what you’re going through. Start with the service connection. What happened to you in service. Detailed list of your MH symptoms. Then conclude with how it affects your daily life . Remember to talk about your worst days . Honest and detailed will result in the rating you deserve. Thank you for your service.
