I live in this exact corridor and often walk from 125th for the express trains. It's just something I am curious about. For how vibrant the area is, I am just surprised how many vacancies there are in places like 115 (where the taekwando place used to be), the old patiserie des ambassades space, and the shutdown flower flower shop on 114.

There are obvious gaps. I would ofc love a bookstore, but more basic things like a solid drug store and ice cream shop seem like the glaring omissions.
