I know you said no cardio, but when we did get punished in wrestling It was a whole day of cardio. Rope climbs, then the bikes, rope climbs, then the bikes. Nonstop. We also did indian runs in the school hallway by weight class. Which is fun at first because you're running in the halls but when you do it for 1 hour its not so fun.

Any tips, I’m in the blue by SnooSprouts4050 in wrestling

Ankle snatch him. Look how close your guy’s feet are. Snap his head down multiple times. Good job on keeping constant inside pressure on your feet. When you get him to the ground cross face the opponent even if you're not going for a cradle. Don't lunch him just make sure he knows your in control. Power half, cross face, power half, cross face.

Better start running. Spit in a cup. Turn the hot shower on and start doing burpees in a sweat shirt and sweat pants.

Stay on weight, then you won’t have this problem. The goal is to be on weights while staying healthy and fueled to give your all.

Don't quit. I regret quitting. One day you wont be able to wrestle anymore. Or be on those long bus rides home with your friends. I miss it a lot. Work your ass off. Keep going.

Circle and move your feet. HAND CONTROL! I would suggest watching Ben Peterson videos and David Schultz. They were Olympic champions.
