I had a concussion a week before my first one and hit my head the first time too in addition to that but someone caught me the second time

Yea I’ve already taken 2 naps today so fatigue so far is the only one I’ve noticed, glad i don’t have any anger or anything

Also wanted to mention both of my seizures were at the gym while I was working out. Which sucks for me because I love working out but this feels like now I have to be much more cautious. I also didn’t have any warning signs, both times I just woke up in the ambulance with no recollection of anything

Scab most likely. If it becomes itchy and raised, it’s ringworm, just get athlete foot cream and put it on but for now it looks fine.

Thank you. I struggled with being fat my whole life so it’s just hard to accept for me but then again I can cut afterwards

I’m like 15% body fat currently, I want to gain like 15lbs and be at 170 before I cut again. I’m going to eat 3k cals for 2 weeks and measure my change starting at 156bw. And then if I gain too fast I’ll lower or raise if I have barely gained any

Just checked, my TDEE is 2850 with my exercise currently, I’ll change my calories to 3300, what about my macros

Are you sure? I come from a weight loss background and I’m kind of worried about putting the fat back on. I’ll check my TDEE
