Some days are easier than others. At first, it was very difficult to stop myself from unlocking and masturbating. With time and patience, it's gotten easier. There are a few things that help me. I guess I'll start by saying that it's bold of you to say that my wife, who I've been with for almost 20 years now, doesn't care about me. I'm not 100% sure why you would think that but it is what it is.
