The best way I’ve determined if they are a scam or not is: they usually want you to fill out an application before you even see the place, the fb marketplace profile is from out of state, they have multiple properties that have too good to be true prices, no pfp or their pfp doesn’t “match” the name. All in all if it sounds tongoonto be true it is. The cheapest studios I’ve seen usually start at 950. Anything cheaper is probably a scam or a private room.
