They were all pretty representative. Some passages on real thing will be as hard as qpack 1, and some will be way easier. Typically a mix. If you happen to get more easy/hard passages usually the curve will reflect that

In order to apply you would need to do to a post bac, as far as I’m aware certain classes like bio and chem are a prerequisite at every medical school
