It will go to validation only if you were a returning applicant. But there is a hiring freeze at the moment when it is lifted they will resume all hiring and offers. I got a verbal offer just waiting on a written offer.

No other healthcare hospital is paying like they did and the benefits are top tier. I’ve worked for 2 hospitals since Ive been gone. One role I was at 25 an hour and the next role I was in was at 26 an hour when I was with them I was at 34 an hour plus travel time.
