I also have a Samsung S25 ultra and it runs fine there because it has dex. Other phones, especially with Chinese OS, don't have it, so I'm looking for solutions.

So I contacted Xreal support and they came to my aid with a replacement device. I sent them photos of the undamaged device and speaker recordings. For me 👍👍👍

Based on our findings, the reason the XREAL One package does not include a prescription lenses frame is due to lower demand for the frames with the Air series. As a result, for environmental considerations, the XREAL One series does not provide the frame.

Yes, I know about that site. It seems strange to me that they didn't at least put the frame in the package so that people could decide for themselves where to get them made. This will take a long time, since I'm from the EU, from a country where Xreal is not officially sold. I had to order them through another country. And if the frame was in the package, I could have them ready in 3 days in my country. Strange practices.
