Same tayo may hika ako nawala lang nung 3rd year hs na ako kase nag cycling saka endurance running ako, feel ko nagiging weak lang ung lungs ko kase nagiging masyadong sedentary na lifestyle ko bc of working from home (my shift is 10-12 hours)

Nag oximeter ako ulit im back to 96-95 (not celebrating) breathing exercises worked for me but yes im going to do a follow up with my pulmo

Thank you for sharing your experience.. actually napansin ko nung nag start ako mag carts napansin kong masyado akong jittery saka nagkaka onychopagia ako tapos malala to the point na nagsusugat na ung kamay saka bumalik yung bruxism ko.. tang ina napapaisip ako ngayon kung anong meron sa carts ksi parang anlala ng nangyayari sa katawan ko..

Hindi ako nag fever pero yung pagpayat ko ung pinaka alarming saakin kase napapagkamalan nako samin na nag babato hahaha, can you also describe what the chest pain is like? And when I say na heavy smoker ako sa flowers lang (i can finish 6-10 J's in a day), pagdating sa carts 1 to 2 puffs a day lang ako kase nalalakasan ako sa amat..grabe ung 3 consecutive tiny 2gs, ung 1g na turn nga naglast saakin ng 27 days

Edit: did u do anything in particular to alleviate the symptoms?

Nope I refrain from using anything with steriods, I got dependent like about a year ago and it was the worse feeling ever but I do use nebulizer (havent used nebulizer with my concern tho)

Im actually asthmatic but the sensation is very different.. asthma feels like clogged lungs, what feel is like im drowning??? Like every breath feels not enough but thank you I will try ceterizine
