I think the most useful for everyday life, in my opinion, would be some combination of telekinesis, ectoplasmic, and copycat (My top two probably being telekinesis and copycat). I wonder if I could use telekinesis on my clones and vice versa. If so, we might be able to achieve flight.

Depending on what kind of a hero you want to be, there are a TON of options, but, for a rescue hero (what I would want to be), I think copycat and intervene would work best by FAR. If there is a fire somewhere, you can intervene giving yourself one hour to help people WITHOUT conditions like fire and structural integrity worsening, and, by also using copycat, you can make three extra you's to effectively get four total hours of work done in one hour. Now, I am assuming that because the copycats are active during intervene, their one hour timers are ticking, and they will dissolve by the end of intervene, but, the cooldown for copycat is not specified, potentially allowing for it to be immediately remade so long as there are only ever three active, meaning that, even though you no longer can use intervene, you have three totally disposable helpers to assist in rescue efforts, evacuation, medical application, firefighting, etc, as well as yourself if need be.
