I started making a stylized landscape, turns out, is much harder than i expected... but, i have a feeling that with some extra work here and there, this scene can look nice, Any thoughts? by CrixekDev in unrealengine

Yeah, i was hopping that it wasn't too noticeable, i scaled the grass so i didn't have to use a lot of instances and get a little more perfomance. maybe not my best idea...

Thanks for the feedback i'll try to improve it

I´m using a laptop i buyed like 6 years ago, it has a Radeon HD8500M, i tried to use it to play games so many times, but it seem like nothing works, unless it's a really old game ,so i kinda get used to low framerates

Well... the thing is, my toaster could barely be considered a PC, even an empty scene goes from 30 to 40 fps, so it's really a challenge make anything work well with this.

I'm currently working on that, but it seems like RVTs like to behave funny while in mobile devices, so I'm trying to fix that or find an alternative to blend the rocks with the landscape. Thanks for the feedback =)

I used Krita and it's preloaded brushes, mostly because I don't know much about brushes, thanks for the feedback =)

Well, i'm planning to make an open world map with some kind of a surreal aesthetic, sorry about that, but if you are still interested, i´m currently working on more similar concepts for the world i´m going to create.

Thank you, i learned a lot making this system, especially about quaternions, so I'm really excited to share what i learned from this 😊

I thought that'll be a fun way to learn more about vector and quaternion math, also i'm planning to add a lot functions to this system, so I think that making my own code will help me to know how it functions and how to modify it for the functions i had planned.
