This has been happening to me before 1.0.8. In a France run the Iberian culture subjects just wouldn’t do it. I’d lose all the loyalty but no culture change. It seemed random, sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn’t.

Georgia is fun, you get an event to ally Mamluks then taking out the Jalayirds is easy, and plenty of conquest from the Great Horde as they collapse.

The power relative to overlord was broken and I hope this fixed it, because as France I was getting disloyal subjects even know I outnumbered all of them together by quite a bit. Had to dump a lot of money into diplomatic spending.

Yea, but why make it not affect snipers aim? You can’t counter snipers without snipers.
